About Our Park

A low density development of just seventy holiday homes in a perfect location. Holiday Homes are on concrete bases supplied by 16 amp electricity, 2 x 47kg Gas cylinders. Roads on the park are all tar macadam and parking is adjacent to each holiday home.

Landscaping and grass cutting is carried out by management, however, if, as an owner and avid gardener, you wish to maintain your own area, this is perfectly acceptable as we have some beautiful privately kept gardens.

If you enjoy walking, cycling, fishing or even a round of golf, then Tan – Y – Don is an ideal base to start from. With good local transport and taxi services available, there is no need to think about driving whilst staying at your holiday home.
